This may be the most underrated skill in betting. A lot of people focus on what to bet, where to bet, and how to stake, but the real difference may come from recognizing when a match offers nothing worth touching. Too much uncertainty, bad price, noisy narratives, or just no real edge. So how do you know when not to bet? Do you have hard rules for skipping games, like avoiding certain markets, avoiding heavily discussed matches, or avoiding games where your reasoning feels too thin?
